As a life coach (and person) who is very committed to walking her talk, I use the same coaching tools with myself that I use with clients. Why? Because I’m also at work creating the life of my dreams, and boy has it been working!
Each day I write down how I want to feel that day. Well, most days. For example, I might say that I want to feel like my ideal clients are appearing easily and effortlessly. Like we are being brought together by some higher guidance. That the coaching relationship flows easily and that my clients feel like they are getting more than their money’s worth.
What’s your intention for the day?

Interesting strategy. I could do with writing down what I want to get done by the end of the day. I find I can be very unproductive without instruction. Never mind writing down how I want to feel.
